Refund Policy

1. Subscription Purchases

All OVRTK subscriptions (Plus, Track Mode, and Club) are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store, as RWX-TEK does not process payments or refunds directly.

2. How to Request a Refund

For iOS (Apple App Store):

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your OVRTK subscription purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund" and choose a reason
  5. Submit your request

For Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select OVRTK
  4. Tap "Request a refund" or contact Google Play support

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google according to their policies. Generally:

  • Refunds may be granted for accidental purchases
  • Refunds may be granted if the app doesn't work as described
  • Most refund requests must be submitted within a specific timeframe (typically 48 hours to 90 days)
  • Subscriptions that have already renewed may not be eligible for refunds

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Cancellation must be done through your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

5. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your OVRTK subscription and prevent future charges:

iOS:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select OVRTK
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Select OVRTK
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Note: Canceling your subscription will allow you to use OVRTK until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

6. No Partial Refunds

OVRTK subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of OVRTK after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
